“You signed up for it.”

"You signed up for it," fans love to tell reality TV personalities. 😩

"You chose to be on The Bachelor, Real Housewives, or [insert television show here]."

"You should have known you'd get hate." 😡

OK, cool. That's all fine and everything, but there's no boot camp for waking up to 5,000 hateful DMs telling you you're worthless, stupid, and should die. 🤦‍♀️

Getting cast on a show will give you endless opportunities, but first, you must survive the feeding frenzy. 🦁

And to be quite frank, most television networks don't offer you support.

So here's what you MUST do –

✅ Do whatever it takes to stay mentally strong.

✅ Have a trustworthy team of friends, allies, and business support around you

✅ Know who you are and what you want to build going into it, and treat your channels like they're your full-time job.

✅ Be prepared to invest in yourself and your brand to earn more than 15 minutes.

✅ Block the miserable haters who are making judgments about you without knowing a thing about you.

✅ Trust that you know yourself better than anyone.
